The chef Adriano forte from his experience has refined his venetian cuisine with elaborations and researched complements, exalting local ingredients of high value with the appreciate maestry of a flavor artisan and a flavor researcher.

With the autumn and winter valuable warm and partyfull ingredients are back. Our menu is enriched by dishes with chestnuts, mushrooms, pumpkins and most of all truffles.
